EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Exchange:
Condition of Items:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized or personalized items
Underwear and Socks for hygiene reasons.
Exchange Procedure:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing sales@Alkano.co, sending
a direct message on Instagram, or calling/SMS us at 0345-0009998.
Once the exchange is approved, our customer service representative will generate a new order for the
exchange. Upon dispatch, our rider will collect the previous product and deliver the new shipment
simultaneously, ensuring you receive your replacement without any delay. Please ensure the previous
product is properly packed before handing it over to the rider to maintain its quality and condition.
The delivery time for the new order will be 4-5 working days once shipped.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs 250/-, except in cases where the item is
defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer
service team immediately after you receive the parcel.
Note: Maximum 1 exchanges will be provided per order.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
Process of Refund:
Contact our customer service team at sales@Alkano.co, send a direct message on Instagram, Call or SMS
us at 0345-0009998 to initiate an exchange.
After approval of refund, customer will receive a confirmation message from our representative to
proceed with the refund.
The customer will be responsible for self-dispatching the parcel to our dedicated address and share the
courier receipt via WhatsApp at (+92345-0009998)

Verification Process:
After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.
Bank Details for Refund:
After verification, our representative will contact you to obtain your bank/jazz cash/easypaisa details to
process the refund.
Refund Processing Time:
The refund process may take up to 3 days after our team receives the returned items.
Exclusion of Liability:
The following scenarios release Alkano from liability for exchange and/or refund:
Products damaged due to use or mishandling by the customer (any fragrance or washed items)
Situations where the customer changed their mind or did not check the product specifications at the
time of purchase
All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. Due to differences in
monitors/screens and lighting during the photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly.
Therefore, products cannot be returned for this reason.
Any item that is on SALE are non-refundable.
No refund can be accepted for underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons.
The returned parcel for a refund remains the customer’s responsibility until the goods are received into
our warehouse.
The delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a defective or incorrect item has been
delivered.
